The present lockdowns are not what any of us want, but they are what we need right now, and they will likely stretch on much longer than we want them to. How do we stay healthy and sane under this imposed social isolation? Here are a few ideas, and some reading recommendations for each idea.

7) Get Outside
As long as we are keeping healthy social distances and not touching surfaces that others have recently touched, it is good and healthy for us to get outside. Exercise or do something creative (landscaping, drawing, painting, etc.) Watch birds or other wildlife. Read a book, even. The fresh air and sunshine will be good for us.
