The present lockdowns are not what any of us want, but they are what we need right now, and they will likely stretch on much longer than we want them to. How do we stay healthy and sane under this imposed social isolation? Here are a few ideas, and some reading recommendations for each idea.
10) Make things by hand
There are so many diverse options here: knitting, needlework, drawing, woodworking, coloring, jewelry making, and on and on. Start thinking about birthdays and even Christmas, what gifts can you make now that family and friends will love? Many crafts can be done with materials you already have (or materials that can be ordered online). I won’t pick just one book here, but the links above may give you some ideas…
