Issue #4 (Ordinary Time / Fall)

I suppose it’s fitting that although the Church’s season of Ordinary Time begins after Pentecost in the early weeks of summer, our Ordinary Time issue arrives as people are settling back into the ordinariness of fall rhythms. Summer is often characterized as the season to get away and relax, but there’s also a peace in returning to the regular rhythms of work and school; we can even relax a bit once we settle into these rhythms.
In this new issue, we feature reviews that come at these themes from a number of different angles. We interview Christian Smith, and have reviews of books by Miroslav Volf (Reviewed by Debra Dean Murphy), Peter Enns, Ernesto Cardenal, Geraldine Brooks, Tony Jones and more!

Subscribe today, and we’ll mail the current issue out to you posthaste…
