We’ve only made minimal changes to our website over the last five years, and an overhaul of the site is long overdue.
We want our new site to mobile-friendly, but we are also looking at ways in which the site can better serve to foster conversations about the books we are reading. Will you take this brief five-question survey about how you use our site, and what you appreciate most about it?

*** Help Support the Website Redesign!
For over a decade, it’s been our pleasure to provide you with informative and stimulating reviews, interviews, and book recommendations across a wide range of topics. We’ve provided these resources free of charge for our online content and for a modest annual subscription for our quarterly print magazine. Our ability to do this is due to the support of our church (Englewood Christian Church) and our governing body (Englewood Community Development Corporation). The financial burden has been bearable in large part because of our editorial staff’s willingness to work for modest wages, and our reviewers to write generously with little or no remuneration. All of this leaves us with no margins for projects like adapting and improving our website.
So, how do we improve? We turn to you, our readers, for the help we need to overhaul our website, stabilize the technology platform, and increase our readership. Will you please consider a gift of appreciation to the ERB for improving this valued service? As many of you increasingly access the ERB through your phone or other mobile device, we need to be more mobile-friendly, and our website needs a long overdue facelift. The cost for this work is estimated at $15,000.
We appreciate all of your expressions of support and encouragement, but now we need the financial resources to move forward. Give what you can.
Many thanks,
The ERB Staff
