These 4 new non-fiction titles are about very different subjects, but they share an enjoyable and accessible style. Between North American Indigenous hermeneutics, historical theology, classical virtues, and biblical studies, there is something in this selection of books for a wide variety of readers. Here are my (simplified) thoughts and recommendations. Thank you to IVP, Crossway & Baker for the review copies.
00 – Introduction
04 – Reading the Bible on Turtle Island
44 – Owen Among the Theologians
38 – To Live Well
57 – Paul and John in Harmony
